The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover all combat service members and veterans touched by war with a comforting and healing Quilts of Valor. This foundation is not about politics. It is about people.
Their mission is to provide shelter and supportive services to victims of domestic violence while seeking to end domestic violence through public awareness and community education.

The mision of Project Linus is to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans.
Project Linus meets on the 1st Friday of each month at:
